To begin with, we spend some time inspecting the exterior of the property. We check that the roof is in good condition. If the house has any decks connected to it, we will inspect those as well. We will look to see if the property has adequate grading. Next, we take time to thoroughly inspect the structure of the house. We also give a lot of attention to the HVAC and plumbing systems to make sure they are all working correctly.
Safety is another major factor that we take very seriously in our home inspections. It is extremely important that the home’s occupants are safe inside their home, so we spend time checking the electrics, including the electric panel and wiring. We will also look at basic security features of the home such as exterior doors and locks to see how secure they are.
